Your back cover scan is cropped so we can't see the spine or edges, so it's tough to tell grade or benefit of a press

I can see enough to say that he shouldn't press it and shouldn't submit this book for grading. It is a 4.5

i tried 3 times to get a good scan but no dice it kept coming out like this

 

Put a piece of paper or cardboard that is larger than the comic behind the book. It looks like your scanner is autocropping to the edges.

 

I wouldn't recommend a press and slab either.
