I thought this one may be high enough grade to submit for grading but I missed the upper edge damage on the back cover. Any thoughts on grades and any advice if this is a good book for press and slabbing?

It may not show up clearly in the scans but there is a few minor creases to the upper edge of the back cover. The other defects are 5 or 6 spine ticks and a slightly dirty look to the book.

If u gently remove the dirt with an eraser Id say potentially 8.5. Otherwise 8.0.

Having graded quite a few of these myself, to me it is looking to be in the 8.0/8.5 range

Sounds good. I had it as a 8.0 but I think the upper edge of the back cover is a bit rougher than the scan shows. Thanks for the confirmation guys.
