Beautiful Book! From original owner picked this up yesterday, NOT PRESSED! Minor spine dings look to be able to be pressed out to 9.2-9.4 at least.

Okay I lowered my price quite a bit...the lowest price BIN I see on eBay for this grade range is a $311 copy in VF+. Book is super hot, someone has to want it here for $225. Seems like a steal for an unpressed beauty.
