The TMNT exclusive that is created by Kevin Eastman Studios for the Alamo City Comic Con (ACCC) in San Antonio, TX from September 26-28, 2014.

 

The TMNT exclusive for the ACCC Is the TMNT Official 30th Anniversary Edition #0 and will have two variant covers. The ACCC TMNT exclusive is similar in nature to the CCCC TMNT #nn exclusive, given that it also contains a rare Story and Art, all by Kevin Eastman. However, the similarities end there; the ACCC TMNT Official 30th Anniversary Edition #0 will have completely unique covers, a new story, and different artwork than was in the CCCC TMNT exclusive #nn.

I was ask via PM what the back look like with these. I have a Image of the Capital City one. the back is the same as far as setup and blank space. you will see at the bottom left each one is number.
