Tales of Suspense 39

I saw a Tales of Suspense 39 recently in Excellent condition, only problem is it's in german, is the german version worth anything???

Only what someone is willing to pay for it. Seriously, that's a good question but it's impossible to answer as at present there seems to be virtually no market for foreign language versions of Marvel Silver Age books. The German customers I have prefer the original U.S. editions, FWIW, and aren't interested in reprints in their own language.

I think those German editions of Marvel SA books are pretty recent. A LCS had some NM German early number Spider-Mans with Ditko covers (I forget which issues) a couple of years back for around $10 each. Except for the text being in German they looked pretty much like the SA originals.

I thought about the very same thing a few motnhs back as I almost bought one. I asked the guy when it was printed and I think he said in the 90's so I decided agaisnt it. Maybe in 30 years it might be worth $100?
