New Brooklyn Original Owner Marvels In Pedigree Comics’ September Grand Auction!

The CGC grades are in on the gorgeous group of books we purchased from the recent Wizard World Chicago show for Pedigree Comics’ upcoming Grand Auction. Scheduled to begin in less than one week on the night of Monday, September 22, 2014 and last for ten (10) days until the night of Thursday, October 2, 2014, the auction will feature ultra high grade Marvels and DC’s plus much more investment quality items. There is no Buyers Premium on any of the lots in the auction and almost every item is listed with no reserve. Every book is CGC graded and the minimum bid for the auction is only $100.00. The just certified books from the Chicago show (just under 50 books graded this past week) are simply stunning, with most (25) coming from an original owner collection out of Brooklyn, New York. The Silver Age Marvels from this collection include issues of Fantastic Four, Journey Into Mystery, Strange Tales, Tales of Suspense and a fabulous group of Tales to Astonish. The average grade on these books is 9.4. The books are in the process of being scanned and uploaded into the Auction Preview and in time for the auction.
