Yeah - I pushed the price from $1,800-$2,400 in the 90 seconds & immediately thought I should have gone to at least $2,700. The book was hurt by a lack of recent 5.5 comps in GPA -- no easy way to figure out a proper price given the massive differential between 4.5/5.0 and 6.5/7.0.
