is that printing defect on the NM100?

I'm not sure, but I think it may be. All of the copies have the same issue in the same place, so if it isn't a production defect, it would be a coincidence that something got to the same spot on the back cover only on every copy.

NM #100 does indeed seem to have a defect like that that can be seen on many copies including 2-3rd printings. Some seem free of it though.
