Is there a definitive list of ASM & UXM "Key issues" on the internet somewhere?

Amazing Spider-man #1-700 are 'must own' for me as I'm a completist.

Here's my list for UXM, but with a caveat. . . I have degrees to my "key" designation. I really only have 3 issues in my top tier (#1, #94, GS #1), but anyway. . . I'll put why I have it on my list, and you can decide how to proceed.
