PGM: TTA 13 - Small Piece Missing

I just purchased a SA book that I believe to be in the 3.5 - 4.0 range, except that one page has a small piece missing from the corner.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I was wondering based on your expert opinions, if this type of damage is still acceptable for a VG book and if not, what is the highest acceptable grade for this type of damage. Would it still receive a Blue label?

Hard to judge from pictures, but I've seen 4's that comparatively look much worse. 4.5 seems reasonable.
