Scans do a pretty good job detailing the problems.

 

Pages are nice and white, to my surprise. Book has some spine roll. Back left edge has two spots of gunk, at edge just above and left of the word "We're". Notice the damage to the bottom left corner on the front cover; small piece out there.

Honestly, given all the small defects accumulation, I would not go higher than FN+ (6.5), but might be a FNVF.

6.0/6.5 that color break runs the length of the book. If that was a sub crease more in the middle its not uncommon to pull a 5.5 . Is there a split more that a 1/4 inch in the bottom corner? if so i would even be in the 5.5 range.

I'd call it 6.0 to 6.5 myself, not higher. It was a nice find for the price and I just had started looking for a copy the same week. I figured it was comic fate, or whatever excuse I needed to buy another comic.

Well, your grades are all off. Just rebagged book and checked it again, and I missed an obvious 3/4" spine split on that lower left corner.
