Picked this up today from my local con earlier today.

 

A little bit of dirt on the B/C. Printing defect (crease) by the left foot of giant man as well as the B/C

Sharp corners. Slight fading of the white cover.

 

I see a tear on the upper right back cover, slight soiling along the spine of the back cover, chip/tear on the bottom edge of the front cover's bottom right corner (and it seems to be either prominent or carry through as it's also noticeable on the back cover scan), and slight stress at the top staple.

 

8.0/8.5, leaning higher.

Looks closer to a 7.5 as it is with bc dirt. If you're going to submit for grading it would be worth cleaning and pressing. It might make that 8.5 but definitely 8.0. ($100-$200 gpa difference). Nice looking book either way, hope you got a great deal! (thumbs u
