Amazingly a raw FN 6.0 copy of She's Josie #1(1963) 12 cent edition closed at auction for $960.00 on e-bay on 10/26/14. Josie #1 is truly scarce in CGC FN 6.0 and rare in CGC 7.0 or better grade from what I can tell(check out the CGC census on this book). (thumbs u

Truth is, when you compare this book to all the Marvel 1st appearances and 1st issues from around the same time, the book is waaaaay undervalued.

 

I know P&G 23 is her first appearance, but it seems more "common" on eBay than the first few issues of Josie. Plus all the Josie books have great DeCarlo covers.

 

There are so many silver age Archie that are a joke in Overstreet.
