Your given estimated grades are highly appreciated.

The book has not pressed.

The obvious defects are the dust shadow on BC and possibly dust shadow on FC (it is the upper left corner).

When I opened the pages, some wraps are still attached to other wraps so I believe this book came from the warehouse that was untouched for years. So this would be the unread condition.

8.5, before looking at the scans I thought the dust shadow would be a lot worse. Nice looking book.

Man I think that could be pressed/dry cleaned to 9.2 or higher.

9.2 But that dust shadow is harsh, the shadow on the front cover in the TRFC is the killer.
