I have had this a while and I am not sure how to grade it. There are 2 creases similar to subscription creases on the cover, book length at odd angles. Inside front cover has tanning halo. The cover has some color chips missing, not full depth of paper chips. The back cover has discoloration, heavy soiling near the spine. Might respond to the 'wonder bread' treatment?

I was thinking around 5.0-5.5?

I agree with your assessment of 5.0/5.5.

 

Instead of using Wonder Bread, I would suggest using a dry cleaning pad. Bread is made with oil.
