Anyone? I realize there are a few of these in this forum but didn't think it was THAT boring.

 

I'm looking to flip this and am curious about what I can reasonably expect for it, so a decent idea of its grade would help. Thanks again for looking!

Tough one to grade.

 

Depends on how bad the corner ding has damaged the inner pages of the book in the third photo.

 

I would say it would be in the region of 5.0.
