Air it out for a few weeks to reduce musty odor. If structurally sound and not fragile feeling this books could go as high as 7.5-8.0.

Here's something I tried with a bad musty smelling Spider-Man annual #3 (1966). I hung it on a rack and put a fan on it at low speed so the air could blow through the pages (gently). After a few weeks I checked it and the musty smell was greatly reduced.
