I'm at a 7.0 because of all the color breaking spine ticks/creases on the spine, the corner crease on the bottom right corner of the front cover, and the rounding/ding of the upper left corner of the back cover. Plus it looks like some of those spine creases go through to the interior pages.

 

Overall it's a Great looking Mid Grade copy because it has really nice Centering and Bright Colors on the Cover.
