Whats the rest of the book look like? It sounds like you have a remaindered copy that wan't sold at the newstand and had the top stripped to send back for credit. Ignoring the top third of the cover, how is the rest of the book?

Hulk 1 issue missing top third of front cover. In cgc blue case 0.5. Would it be wise to restore the cover back to full? What would that cost?
