You can easily pick up a VG+ FF #8 raw for around $250 (there's even an old label CGC 4.5 on eBay for $305 right now).

 

So, from a pure monetary standpoint, even a straight-across trade just isn't very good.

Keep in mind the $250 FF on ebay there's no guarantee it doesnt have problems that would lead to a return
