Anyone interested in a Double Cover Dells?

I have a Double Cover Petticoat Junction from 1964.

 

I'm revising my estimate after a closer look

 

The outside cover is 8.5, inside 9.0 due to small corner fold that just breaks the color. There is also a bindery impression on the top.

 

I'm looking for $115 through Paypal.
