PGM Fantastic Four #74

Bought from a boardie, a very nice tight copy which appears as unread, but has some wear.

Bottom defects, aside from the minor wear, appear to be a slight trace of rust (from another book) on the back cover and then staples appear oxidated, with a slight patina of rust on the outside, but are entirely clean on the insides (I guess they would be treated as rusty anyway in grading?).
