Thor #133 with Missing Pieces

See scans below of my Thor #133. There are 3 missing pieces on the front cover: 1 small piece (less than 0.25 inch x 0.25 inch) missing below Thor's right boot, and 2 small pieces missing on lower right corner of front cover (one is about half inch by half inch, and the other is about 0.25 inch by 0.25 inch). Back cover is fine and not missing anything. All pages are intact. This comic would be a VG 4.0 if it weren't for the missing pieces but I'm not sure how much the missing pieces would downgrade this book. I checked Overstreet's grading criteria but it's not clear about small missing pieces. Thanks for your help.

Probably around a 2.5-3.0, with pieces of that size?

Just guessing, I don’t know for sure about the area .
