$225 + shipping. (I paid $225 in year-2001 dollars, so I'm taking a bath when inflation is factored in).

It was an eBay NM book (purchased from a dealer named Terry Malone), but I'd call it a 9.0 due to the ding on the bottom edge. It might be upgradable to 9.2 with pressing. The last slabbed 9.2 sold on Heritage for $346.55 on 5/12/2013.

Pages are about an OWL 7 or 8 and supple. CGC would probably call them off-white.
