I would say that is a solid 8.0.

 

However, I am always unsure how the shadow / foxing along the edge will impact the grade. Personally I downgrade for the shadow / foxing but that's just me.

 

The top right and bottom right corners are blunted and there appears to be one or two minor spine ticks by the bottom staple but otherwise a nice copy.

and if you look at the expanded pic, there is a crease on the top right corner on the F.C.
