Seems to present well, but tough to tell how rough it actually is from those small pix.

 

I'd say your G+ estimate is safe, it could be a little higher or lower in hand, but not much either way I suspect.

 

Popular book, but not a seller known for comics as far as I can tell, which might make a few buyers nervous.

 

I'll guess around $1500.
