There was a collector out there whom was trying to assemble the whole book. He was actively looking some time ago, easily 5+ years ago, and had amassed most of the pages. I think he's still got a majority on CAF. Hope this helps.

I was looking for a nice page with Captain America from the first issue.

 

I guess I'll have to expand my search to issue # 2 for a nice Captain America or Nick Fury page.
