Question on coverless book repro cover SS designation

Hi everyone,

 

I have a question - if I were to add a reproduction cover to a coverless book and then have it signed by the artist or writer with a witness for the CGC Signature Series - would it come back as a no grade or a .5/1.0? I'm not trying to pass it off as an original - it would be a book for my personal collection. Thanks!

It would be a NG. I saw a TOS #39 with a repro cover attached and signed by Lee/Lieber in a SS NG case on eBay a while back. And then popped up recently as well:
