OWL Card - What's Cream?

Guessing Cream falls somewhere b/w Tan and OW, but was wondering what you guys use to determine CR or CROW on raws. Or is my OWL card simply out of date.

Wow. I thik that goes all the way back to my ComicsPriceGuide forum days.

The point being that each 'band' on the OWL represents the lowest level for that range. Which no one seems to read.

 

Anyway, an angry mob will be here to say OWL cards were misprinted and useless in 3...2...
