Color-touched ASM 50 for sale on eBay...dishonest seller alert!

My very first post on this site in 2013 was the result of buying this same comic, submitting it, and having it come back with color touch.

 

The poster took it back, apologized, then reposted it exactly the same way a week later until I notified Ebay.

 

Such is Ebay.

It's like the proverbial bad penny.

The sad part is this guy continues to try to sell it as unrestored. If they would just label and price it correctly as having color touch, someone would get a book they want at the right price and this would be over. Not to mention they wouldn't be building a terrible reputation.

Sorry, I did mean Spiderman 50, but not this identical comic (I don't think ).

 

I did look at the ID history of the seller, and as far as I can tell it's not the same seller that got me. That guy was a grade A fleabag.
