The spine has been scotch-taped inside and out, and the cover is hence completely detached. Inner is in good shape, no split, no tears. Nothing missing. No rust on the staples.

 

On the back cover you can see a 1" tear in the middle of the left edge, reaching to the shoes.

I thought the same (2.5), but wasn't sure about the detached cover in that grade. Overstreet would say 2.5, but I'm not sure what CGC would do with it.
