Thank you both for sharing your findings. So 7.5 - 8.5... too bad actually. I got it from eBay. It was listed as being 9.8. I didn't believe that so based on the photo's I determined it to be a 9.2 max. Still a nice book to see in real.

Looks nice, but see that break lower right and blunting lower left. I'd split the difference and could see an 8.0 on a very good day in Sarasota.

7.5 with the overall wear and crease along the lower left bottom edge. Just remember, if you are buying raw books listed at 9.8 there is no upside. Shoot for copies that are either fairly graded & fairly priced or undergraded.

Thank you for the tip! I'm already trying and avoiding them, but sometimes you just want to take the risk and see what you get Lucky I didn't go for the 9.8 bid on these books, but that was indeed because I didn't see it being 9.8's either. But I also didn't expect them to be graded this low.

Here is another ASM #41 graded as 9.4. My guess it is closer to a 9.0. What are your thoughts?
