I would say no simply because of the color breaks on the spine. It is valuable if it means something to you

Being a foreign comic makes it valuable to the right person, since so few would have been printed and the conditions of the books would be average at best most of the time, but like Ronnylama said, there really isn't much of a market for something like that for any decent value.
