Thanks for the welcome Jreezy :)

 

I'm certain that many folks are going to have headaches over this on both the buyer and seller side.

 

I would venture to guess that if the auction lists it as "recalled" they could be in trouble. Mind you, I'm not saying they meant to be dishonest in advertising... But the fact of the matter remains that if the same comic with the same ad is selling in stores yesterday and today, it is not recalled.

 

Short of a formal recall announcement from (Marvel?? Hot Topic??) they are exposed to being asked for returns that don't match description.
