I'm thinking 6.0.

 

Saw the spine and was close to saying 5.5 but then the rest of the book looked so nice that there was no way I could say it was below a 6.0. Maybe w/ a clean and press (gym pun) it will get to a 7.0.

5.5 due to number and severity of spine creases, but I wouldn't be surprised to see a 6.0 - not sure why anyone would give it a "plus".

FC presents 7.0 , but BC limits to around 5.5

Pressed and clean it should get a 7.0 I think

Back cover on my copy is worse and I got a 5.5.

You can clean up back cvr quite a bit with sharp white eraser-stay away from outside edges because it can rip off corners but along spine you can really clean up a lot

Looks like a 7.0 to me.

As is, 6.5 . With a clean and press, maybe as high as 7.5 .
