I use www.datazap.net and www.Photobucket.com. Both are excellent, but only Photobucket is free. Datazap.net is three bucks per month, which is essentially free as far as I'm concerned, especially since you can use its software to design your ebay auctions and host auction photos very easily, even if you're HTML challenged.

Photobucket can be upgraded to Premium service for a meager $25 a year. You can upload limitless amounts of pics and much bigger pics with Photobucket Premium. Its what I use for my eBay auctions and the Grading Contest pics.
