Detective 43 etc.

Poking around eBay tonight I found this decent looking copy of Detective 43: http://ebay.to/1zrunNG

 

Appears to be decent, but I was surprised to see after comparing data from GP analysis and the guide that the guide appears to be on the high side for the mid-grades here. Sales late last year of this book in CGC 5.0 and CGC 7.0 were well below guide.

 

I'm a bit of a noob at collecting these early #'s of Detective...is the guide typically high here or do things vary a lot from issue to issue??

 

I'd be grateful for some more experienced opinions.

43 is tough to find in high grade. You have 1 in 9.4 and then only 2 in 8.0.
