Very hard to grade. The overall book presents nice but those tape pulls are killing. The misplaced cover, the staple wear, the left top corner of the FC and the crease on th top left BC don't help either. I'm not sure how CGC handles these amount of tape pull but it could go as low as 3.5, but since the overall book looks nice I'm aiming for around 5.0
