The seller disclaim would prevail....at least in. His mind.... The money is lost and you own a 5 buck turd and it clearly states returns not accepted

It sold at 8.33 AM for $9,500....free shipping though....so much for what we could do.....doers anybody know the buyer...it might be helpful to him to let him know e-bay was informed BEFORE the close of the auction, that it was a repo. Can a reverse search be made to id the buyer>

The seller ended the item and said it was sold. No sale through Ebay. Who knows what really happened.

I couldn't remember my eBay password, and they never sent me the reset e-mail so I wasn't able to report it. I'm glad someone else did. Could it be possible that eBay got reports it was fraudulent and asked the seller to respond to them, and rather than respond he just ended the auction? Crazy .
