Anyone else watch the Batman 62 on eBay?

I was watching it closely because it looked like a nice potential upgrade but the back cover and tape steered me away from placing a big bid. I was surprised it went for $820.53 Do others think it went high?

That price is what I'd expect to pay for a nice 7.0 copy, so maybe the buyer graded it that way. A nice book with a single major flaw is the sort of thing that's toughest to grade (at least for me). I'd have called it a 5.5 because of the tape, so I'd have valued it around $450.
