PGM Weird Fantasy 10 - Trimmed?

I bought this one recently. Let me know what you think on the grade, plus I'm concerned that the bottom edge is trimmed. Opinions are appreciated!

50's books are really tough to determine. With the production defects that they exhibit, it's obvious they weren't produced the same way that books at World were done from the late 60's on..... I've seen original owner pedigree books with covers that ride up (or down), leaving pages exposed.... and that could be what's going on here. Your copy would need a bigger picture to really tell. Tough to say if it is trimmed as noted above, but looks like a 9.0 at least. Nice.

Looks like an overhang on the top with the same underhang on the bottom

So I am thinking just a binding issue when printed .
