To tell me what's the first appearance of Copycat?

According to Marvel:

(As Domino) New Mutants #98 (1991)

(first name revealed) X-Force #11 (1992)

(in true form) X-Force #19 (1993)

(surname revealed) X-Force #20 (1993)

(as Copycat) Deadpool: The Circle Chase #3 (1993)

Plus

X-Men Annual #15

So which is first, full, cameo?

Oh boy, this will be fun

I think it is NM #98.

It is the 1st time she appeared in comics, albeit named as Domino.

It's almost the same as Mystique in the Ms Marvel books, correct?

I think this is more complicated, as the creative team seems undecided as well.. Comicvine tells us this:

Due to the shady nature of Copycat, it is difficult determine who actually created her. When the Domino persona was introduced in New Mutants #98 it is unknown if it was planned all along for the person to be a fake or if the character of Copycat was invented further along the way to add a twist to the X-Force drama. The reason the creation credit is sketchy is because Fabian Nicieza was the writer from the start while Rob Liefeld was plotter and artist from the start of the Domino persona, but Liefeld's position at Marvel was ending (as he and other writers began the publisher Image), so it is unknown if Liefeld actually had this idea all along or if Nicieza changed some things when Liefeld was leaving.

Eh. hm.

Based on your list, it's either NM #98 or X-Force #19. I think "both" is probably the right answer.

I think NM #98 has to also be considered the 1st appearance of Domino, at least in the same way Avengers #83 is the first appearance of Valkyrie.

Avengers 83 was Enchantress posing as Valkyrie, while New Mutants 98 was Copycat posing as Domino. So the image of Valkyrie was shown first before the actual character. Copycat's true image (I have no idea what she really looks like) wasn't revealed till later.

What matters more?
