PGM: Amazing Adventures 11

This is one of my favorite books in my collection (I actually remember the condition being nicer than it is), but I'm thinking about pressing and slabbing it. I have a grade in my mind for this book, but It's always nice to get other opinions.

 

The mark on the upper left corner on the back is not a crease, but rather a mark of some sort (I'm think'n a pencil).

The grade keeps getting lower! lol

 

I'm actually leaning towards 7.5, as the large scan probably emphasizes the flaws as worse than they would appear in hand.

 

I've been where you are, taking a book out that I haven't looked at for a long while and recalling as "NM", but judging as an 8.0 upon review.
