Death of Superman Story Arc - How many Printings?

I was wondering how many printings were done for the following Death of Superman Books:

Man of Steel 18 - I think 5?

JLA 69 -

Superman 74 -

Adventures of Superman 497 - I think 3?

Action Comics 684 - I think 3?

Man of Steel 19 - ?

Superman 75 - I think 5?

Just trying to put together a complete set of these books (including all printings if possible).

There's a Registry Set for these issues, it lists all the comics, printings etc..
