The image is too small, and I can’t tell – from what I can see I would not grade this above a NM-, corners seems to have some softness and there seem to be some light spine creasing as well.

Hard to tell from scans, but my first impression is around a 9.4. Looks like some spine tics and at least a couple of soft corners as others have said.

Thanks. I zoomed in on and I think I see maybe 4 spine tics. They would be slight though. Still CGC is not kind modern comics.
