Batman TDK #1 is getting stupid money raw right now so it does not surprise me.

 

That being said, there have been some great multiple copy of late Bronze and Copper #1s and keys on Heritage over the past year that have been great buys. My guess is the bidders chasing this lot have won some of those in the past.
