Okkkkk. I bought this book on the boards a loooooong time ago and have no idea of the pressing history. From the looks of it, it hasn't, if you're into that type of thing. There is some scuffing on the slab.

Last sale was Jul 2012 for $100...yeesh. I'm asking..uhh.. $110! $100 Shipped in the US
