As much as I like Anthony, I don't like how long he takes to respond to you or if you put in a purchase request for a piece, it could take days to weeks and constant contact with him, without response to find out if it is yours or not. Am I the only one experiencing these issues or have others had this problem? Very frustrated repeat customer. This issue happens every time.

Sorry to hear it, Cap. Except the time my email vanished into the ether, I've only experienced short delays. Never as long as a single week, according to my records, but I've never contacted him during convention season, either.
