1st Appearance of Skaar?

My apologies if this has been discussed before, BUT which book is considered to be the 1st appearance of Skaar? Some sources say What If? Planet Hulk #1 while others say World War Hulk #5. I've not read either, but it seems as though both could be considered "cameos."
