I have acquired a near complete Fawcett GA collection which contains lot of Eldon comics. Does anyone know who first purchased these comics from the estate or the details of the collection?

This thread on Eldon may give you some info. My understanding is that they surfaced in the mid West (Iowa) prior to 1990. His full name was Eldon Hamann. Our own Frisco Larson did the homework on this. I picked up several of the Eldon Fights years ago. Conditions seem to range between mid to high grade.

I once had the Eldon copy of Superman 9 (busting chains cover?)..... and it was a beater....and the cover was hanging together by a thread..... PQ was good though. GOD BLESS...

My thoughts exactly. Even if that book is restored it is an absolute stunner!!!
